The property was in a great location. It was perfect for a family of 6. When we arrived, we noticed there were steep steps and there were renovations taking place outside the apartment. We didn’t think the flat was suitable bc we had elderly parents. we promptly called the letting agents and they were great. They immediately found us another apartment that was close by that was great for our family. They were very helpful. Cedric was very professional and so responsive.

Firsr of all, inside is as seen from the pictures and it was cleaned well. Room sizes are ok, heating and hot water was perfect. The washing machine, cooker and dish washer was perfect. There is even an espresso machine.
The location is really really central, there are underground stations in 2 mins distance both ways, and you can go popular destinations in 10-15 mins by walking.

The location is super convenient but please be aware, that this is a 3-floor apartment, I don't recall seeing this in the pictures, but my mom has mobility issues and it was very challenging for her to walk up the stairs to her room. It's also inside a building that is currently under construction. When we arrived, it was full of dust and workers didn't know we were going to stay at the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor of the building but I have the feeling it's a "model" apartment for the rest of the units that are currently renovating there. Communication with the host was great and we loved the location.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and nicely located for our vacationing family in the second district of Paris. The apartment had ample space for our family of 5 - although unique double loft design meant a lot of stairs. The area was reasonably safe and had lots of diverse ethnic restaurants, shops, and easy subway access.

Although this apartment is well equipped it is pretty small, cramped in fact. You can barely walk around the beds, which are comfortable. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which is nice BUT only a sink and shower. There are 2 toilets downstairs but the stairs are narrow spiral staircases which were not at all easy to negotiate. We never did find the microwave or dryer ! I did message the number given and they responded but we never got an answer. I suspected the washer may also be a dryer and the oven may also be a microwave but since there were no instructions to be found and no obvious markings I did not want to risk it.
When we first arrived I honestly feared we had been scammed! The entrance hall is disgusting and as we moved inwards it was a total construction zone. There were guys working every day from 8 till 5. Depending on what they were doing it was noisy, dirty, smelly or all 3. They cleaned up as best they could at the end of each day but we had to be very careful at all times.
When we arrived 2 towels folded on our bed were still pretty damp as was a section of the bed cover. There was also a large puddle of water on the floor at the side of the bed. Problems with cleaning routine?
Obviously this is not the apartment’s fault as such BUT a resident told us this construction has been going on for at least a year. I booked this place about 6 months before so we should have been informed.
I would never return and I cannot recommend this apartment. The inconvenience of the size, bathrooms, construction may not bother others but it really spoilt our stay in Paris.

Location was easily walkable to places like Notre Dame, and some good eateries close by. The brasserie across the street was really great.

They've done a nice job with the decor and soft furnishings, bed was comfy, good facilities like smart TV, washing machine, oven etc.

The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the door.

Quiet at night.

I had booked it but never stay at194 suite parisian had very hard time getting the keys three blocks from house and walk in big paper in shower door in French and English do note use shower called the person from flat Cedric never bother to call back or come by to explain why shower was out of ORDER. We grab our Baggs and left booking a Hotel . Never stay after waiting for Cedric .Hoping to get my refund of 2,950.00 Euros .from the property . Hope booking. Com gets my refund as promise.
