I received all details about entrance to the building in advance. The code for entrance to the apartment was received on the day of arrival. Everything worked fine.

Very accurate information concerning the contactless check in (with video describing step by step the entire proces - we really apreciate it). Nice host - we had the permision to let our luggages after check out, even if it is an appartment.

The apartment is clean and bright. The basic necessities such as towels, cups, plates, cutlery, and microwave are provided. The location is great with many boutiques and restaurants around.

The apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was extremely convenient with a family of 2 kids. Location was around a 20’ walk to the station. Neighborhood is very nice. We walked to Duomo and all the nearby sites. Apt has a tiny washing machine, damp dries, have to airdry again. Good dining and kitchenware.
