The apartment was very comfy and clean and we got the authentic Italian experience!! The beds were very comfortable, the TV and wifi worked really well and the terrace was absolutely amazing! The location was ideal since it had grocery stores within walking distance and it was near a park/dog park and there was a direct tram connection to the city...

The staff were great, although we never met, the online instructions were helpful and friendly, and they responded almost instantly to any questions we had!

la colazione non era servita in struttura essendo un appartamento ma di fronte si trova un ottimo bar. i letti davvero mooolto comodi e gli host disponibilissimi e molto gentili. la nostra preoccupazione era il parcheggio che invece abbiamo trovato facilmente e vicino ....la terrazza è molto bella.

L'appartamento è spazioso, certo il prezzo è giustificato quasi solamente se si pernotta in più di 2 persone, altrimenti è abbastanza costoso (ma ovviamente questa valutazione è soggettiva). La posizione è ottima in generale in quanto situato in una zona priva di limitazioni al traffico e dove si riesce, con un po' di fortuna, anche a trovare dei parcheggi gratuiti. La fermata del tram per raggiungere il centro passa proprio sotto il palazzo, quindi basta attraversare e in circa 25/30 minuti (15 è un po' troppo ottimistico perché vengono fatte molte fermate) vi ritroverete a 2 passi da Piazza Duomo. Noi abbiamo partecipato a un concerto al Fabrique e anche per questo la posizione è ottima: in 10 minuti a piedi potete raggiungere il posto e potete tornare comodamente a casa a piedi una volta finito il concerto. In zona ci sono dei locali dove mangiare anche se non c'è moltissima scelta. Noi ne abbiamo sperimentato solo uno, l'Isola della Pizza, che mi sento di consigliare. Per il resto ci sono un bel bar e un ottimo forno proprio a 2 passi lungo la via principale. L'arredamento non è molto moderno, c'è una bella tv, le camere sono comode (grande armadio!) e anche il bagno non è male. La terrazza è molto carina ma noi essendo andati d'inverno non ce la siamo goduta appieno, complice anche il fatto che siamo andati quasi sempre in giro. In generale siamo stati bene, le poche cose negative le ho descritte e segnalate di seguito, ad ogni modo i proprietari si sono mostrati grati di ricevere suggerimenti su cosa migliorare.

Appartamento molto carino, situato in un ottima posizione, davanti alla fermata del tram (con il quale è facilissimo raggiungere il duomo di Milano con la linea 27) e vicino a tabacchi e bar. Ottima la posizione soprattutto se avete in programma qualche evento al Fabrique di Milano che è vicinissimo dall’appartamento a piedi. Bellissima la luminosità della casa entra tanta luce durante il giorno. È presente anche un terrazzo molto grande e bello con tavolo, sedie e parasole, purtroppo non l’abbiamo sfruttato per via del freddo però sicuramente ottimo per temperature miti e più calde. Non abbiamo avuto freddo nonostante i condizionatori spenti, si stava molto bene. Bagno grande con doccia spaziosa e specchio con luce bella illuminante, l’arrivo dell’acqua calda è rapido. Utile anche piano cottura con pentole, bollitore, set di piatti e posate a disposizione. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili! Nel complesso, consiglio molto di soggiornare a Casa Botticelli!
