BOOKED AUGUST 24, please please please, dont book this, its a very bad property.tHE LOCALITY IS A GUD RESIDENTIAL LOCALITY BUT THIS BUILDING IS IN SHAMBLES FROM OUTSIDE.We, me, my wife and 18 year old son , were in for a rude shock .First of all, they advertise this building to be on 9132 Olympyad street, which it is not AND ACTUALLY IS 9132 PICO which is further down by two blocks.9132 or 9032 whatever number they give olympyad is a toyota service station.We took the uber to 9032 olympad, the address providsed to us and immidiately after we alighted from the cab with 4 bags, the manager of the service station came running and asked us about the reason for getting down at his service station.The moment we told him that we have a reservation for a B and B/ accomodation/ apartment, he told us that its a scam and p[eople , in the last four years, have come like you but there is no accomodation here.On calling the manager of the property, who initially had the courtesy to take the call, told as that there is confusion and property is on 9031 pico.We called for another uber and went to the property.We got the biggest shock of our life, the building was almost in ruins andThe front gate was in shambles and it appeared as the same has not been used for years.We punched the numbers on the lock, which resulted in nothing, then went around the property to rear side and there was a small gate( if it could be said a gate,), punched the passcode, the gate opened but the siren/ beep started.Through the gate we entered into a courtyard , witrh construction material lying and it was shanty kind of a two storeyed building, in an extremely poor upkeep.There was passage corridor on three sides( in a U shape) with room doors and all rooms were locked with pad locks hanging.The allotted no. 7 was on the first floor. We took the wooden stairs, which was in extremely dilapidateed condition and it appeared that the same may fall any time.
