When I first walked into Gorgeous Seascape & Skyline by Savis Homes, honestly, the name pretty much says it all. This four-star property sits on the 25th floor of Marina Arcade Tower, and you know what? The views from up there are absolutely stunning. I mean, you’ve got the entire Dubai Marina spread out below you, with those gleaming skyscrapers and the marina’s turquoise waters creating this incredible backdrop that changes throughout the day.

Location & Getting Around

The Marina location is actually perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without the chaos of downtown Dubai. You’re walking distance from The Beach at JBR, and there’s this great promenade right outside where people jog, cycle, and walk their dogs — which is fantastic if you’re traveling with pets. The parking situation is a real bonus here too; they offer free private parking on site, which anyone who’s driven in Dubai will tell you is worth its weight in gold.
