Obviously the location is excellent so aside from this I found the front desk, especially Lavinia to be wonderful & helpful. I like the older more antique style of the place & I liked my room very much. It was quiet & had a very cozy comfortable vibe. I always appreciate having a fridge. For me the place has a really warm & familiar energy.....

The hotel is very cozy and romantic. The location is great with piazza di Spagna just 1 min walk and all the restaurants and pizzerias are nearby. The staff was pretty much awesome-very kind and friendly. The rooms are very spacious. There is also a nice coffee place.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are bigger than a normal tiny European hotel room which is great. Staff were also helpful and super friendly. It was in decent walking distance to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
