Via Margutta is one of the most picturesque streets in Rome, and the apartment’s location did not disappoint. Upon entering the main gate and ascending to the first floor, I was greeted not by a hallway, but by a lush garden—a charming trait of Via Margutta residences. Here, apartments are rare; instead, one finds enchanting gardens leading to standalone homes. To my delight, the property was a two-story house, offering privacy and space. It was exactly as depicted in the photos. After a tiring journey, the Turkish bath was a rejuvenating discovery. The next morning brought a beautiful surprise. As I opened the bedroom windows, tranquility enveloped me, accompanied by the sweet serenade of birds, all set against a backdrop of vibrant greenery and wisteria that gracefully adorned the house. It felt like paradise. Breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the ancient rooftops of Via Margutta, was a moment to cherish. Words scarcely do justice to how incredible this apartment is—it’s like stepping into a fairy tale. When it was time to leave, the convenience of Piazza di Spagna’s metro station, less than a two-minute walk away, was the perfect ending to my stay. The location was fantastic! On the famous and one of the most romantic streets in the world Via Margutta. A beautiful and quiet little street. The apartment was well equipped and just adorable! Great layout and amazing little terrace just outside the bedroom. There’s also courtyard just outside the front door with a dining area. A great size living room / dining area. The apartment is nice and bright during the day with retractable skylights. We didn’t have a chance to use the steam room. And that’s a nice added touch. Two bathrooms which was very convenient. The apartment provides all your essentials with fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, body soap in the bathrooms, a comfortable bed, two television sets, & fireplace.
