It does look a bit tired in reality, but it doesn't really matter. You will find everything you need inside, even coffee capsules and tea. We were travelling with the dogs, so there's a lawn 2-3 minutes away...

We were travelling with the dogs, so there's a lawn 2-3 minutes away (but dogs are allowed only on the leash) Wifi was fast, didn't experience any issues with it.

The apartment is very cute and well furnished. It had everything I needed for my 5 days in Vienna. It was also quite hot while I was in Vienna (89 F, 31 C), but I never had issues with the apartment being too hot. The provided fan worked well.

If you are looking for a new room with a great view as the title suggests (New with a View), this might not be what you are looking for: the room is not new at all (it could actually use some repainting on the walls and ceiling). But if you are looking for a budget friendly and well equipped room, then this is a good choice. Spacious rooms and clean overall (except maybe for the toilet). The kitchen was well equipped, except for a place to dry the kitchenware. Also it was nice that we had coffee and a small bottle of wine. Good location, easily accessible by bus, tram and underground.
