The apartment is all about the location. Very close to everything and easy access to everything. Decent amount of space and having two bathrooms was a plus as we are a group of 4. Overall the place would have been perfect if the below are addressed.

Like the fact that there was a face to face passing of keys, person being very polite despite lack of support and explanation of facilities. Kitchen well equipped, except could have done with a water filter for drinking water and some complimentary coffee and tea. Despite being very central, security was tight, needing to go through 3 locked doors...

The location is excellent. 2 min from Duomo Milano and Subway/Metro. Shopping, sightseeing, and food/restaurants are within walking distance. No need to rent a car. A convenience food store is next to the apartment. You can buy soap and shampoo there (not provided by hosts).
