Piazza di Spagna 9

Upon arrival we were personally escorted from our car to our accommodation by Franco and his team. After a long day of travelling, the help with our luggage was welcomed and, to our pleasant surprise, there were complimentary snacks and cold drinks waiting for us in the stocked kitchen!

Franco proceeded to give us a brief tour of each space ensuring that we had everything we needed before he left us to enjoy the incredible space!

Upon exploring each room - we were all astounded by the aesthetic, as well as the views of the city…. we felt like we had our own slice of paradise right in the heart of Rome!

The location cannot be beat (right at the bottom of the Spanish steps) and as far as accommodation is concerned: each space is grand, luxuriously appointed with cool furniture and local art... and the beds, heavenly!!!

The only thing more impressive than the accommodation was the white glove service from Franco and his team!

With it being our first trip to Italy with our 4 young children, we were a bit apprehensive when it came to booking certain tours and activities ourselves.
I was also a bit nervous at the thought of asking someone else take the reigns of a portion of our vacation but I decided to reach out to Franco (the owner) to see if he could help me with some activities… I am glad I did!!!

Not only did Franco recommend some incredible places to visit and things to do, but he went as far as to personally arrange our tours, private transport, cooking classes etc. He even booked a second portion of our trip for us in Tuscany, including transportation, hotel and restaurant reservations!

Franco is a true gentleman! He would even check in with us every few days to make sure we had arrived to our destinations safely and that were enjoying ourselves!

Everything was exceptional. The customer service is extraordinary; Emanuele always available, responsive, and helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants and tours. The accommodation was impeccable: clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished and with quality amenities. And, despite being located in a busy pedestrian area at the Spanish steps, the room is absolutely quiet; large windows let in great light but no noise. Central location makes it easy to walk, metro and taxi within 5 mins.

What an incredible stay we had at Piazza Di Spagna 9. The hospitality and genuine care that Emmanuelle and Franko take in making your stay as perfect as possible, is truly amazing. The hotel has beautiful rooms with brilliant attention to detail. It’s located just beneath the Spanish steps, walking distance from all the main attractions. They are always on hand to assist and they managed to secure tickets to major attractions at a moments notice. This was all of course amazing but their genuine care in our stay and effort into making us feel like kings and queens is what sets this hotel apart from other 5* hotels, it has a boutique feel where nothing is deemed too much effort and the way they conduct themselves is with pure enthusiasm, joy and always with a smile. We could not recommend this hotel any more if we tried.

The property is beautiful and is so well presented with great decor and contemporary artwork. The rooms are very spacious and extremely comfortable.
Emanuele is a superstar. He cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. Great restaurant recommendations and so helpful generally.
The hotel is in a fantastic location very close to the Spanish steps with many more sights close by.
We would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing, so perfect to discover all of Rome! The concierge is very attentive and knowledgeable with restaurant recommendations and bookings, tours and sights to experience local Roman life. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with bespoke gorgeous artwork,
furniture & fittings. The views over the piazza are breathtakingly authentic. A beautiful Roman experience, we will definitely return!
