First Impressions
The Residence Inn Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive sits right in the heart of Addison’s business district, and honestly, it’s one of those places that surprises you. From the outside, it looks like your typical extended-stay property, but once you step inside, you realize this three-star hotel punches above its weight. The lobby has this warm, residential feel that immediately puts you at ease — and yes, your furry friends are welcome here, which is honestly a relief when you’re traveling with pets.
Location & Getting Around
What I love about this spot in Addison is how everything feels accessible without the chaos of downtown Dallas. You’re literally minutes from the Galleria and all those corporate offices along the Dallas North Tollway, but you can actually find parking here — something that’s not always guaranteed in this area. The couples who stay here seem to get it; there’s something nice about being close to great restaurants and shopping while still having that quieter, suburban vibe. You know what’s really convenient? The hotel shuttle can get you to nearby spots, which saves you from dealing with Dallas traffic if you don’t want to drive.
The Suite Life
Here’s where this place really shines — every room is actually a suite with a full kitchen. I mean, when you’re traveling with pets or staying for more than a couple nights, having a real refrigerator and stovetop changes everything. The beds are genuinely comfortable (and I’m picky about mattresses), plus there’s enough space that you don’t feel cramped even with pet carriers and extra gear. The living area has this cozy setup with a pullout sofa, so if you’re traveling with family or just want to spread out, you’ve got options.
Morning Fuel & Amenities
The complimentary breakfast here is solid American fare — nothing fancy, but they do it well. Think scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, and decent coffee that actually tastes like coffee. What I appreciate is that they keep it stocked and fresh, even during busy periods. The fitness center is small but functional, and there’s a nice outdoor pool area where you can unwind after a long day. The business center works perfectly fine if you need to print boarding passes or catch up on emails.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t an upscale resort, but it delivers exactly what you need for a comfortable stay in the Dallas area. The pet-friendly policy doesn’t come with ridiculous fees, the staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay smooth, and you get way more space than a traditional hotel would offer. Plus, when you factor in that full kitchen, you’re saving money on meals while still being close to some of Addison’s best dining spots. It’s that sweet spot where business travelers, families, and pet owners all find what they’re looking for without breaking the bank.
To book pet allowed hotels near hiking trails, guests plan ahead for forest paths and dog-friendly shuttle routes.

Great value for price, rooms large and spacious. Stayed on the second floor and couldn’t hear other guests, felt safe the entire time! Did not get up in time for breakfasts so can’t comment on that. Staff were great!! So friendly and helpful. Gym is under construction but wasn’t there to work out. Air con was a bit loud as other reviews...

The breakfast was the best that I have had at a hotel in a while. Everything was hot and fresh and nothing seem to be reused from the previous day. It was also so many places to eat and the Improv comedy club was right on the corner in walking distance.

Our room was incredibly spacious, with a couch, small kitchen, and a sizeable bathroom. The double bed was wide enough, too. Kind, helpful staff that were attentive to all needs in the breakfast area, restocking everything regularly. Surprising amount of choice for breakfast. There was a nice outdoor area in the backyard which we didn't have time...

Everything was great, it was just super hot in the room where the bed was. The air didn't seem to blow at all in that part of the room so it made it hard to sleep. But the staff was friendly and great! Would stay again ill just bring a fan!
