The location of the hotel is perfect. It is close to the train station, the river walk, and the main places to visit in Chicago. The view from my room was great. Everything was very clean. The room had a coffee maker. The room was very comfortable. The hot water worked great. The staff was very nice and patient 👍🏻.

Location is great. Across the river from Trump Hotel so it is easy to find. Rooms facing the river and relatively low to the ground can be quite loud in the evening due to people outside on the street. We were on the 8th floor and could hear people outside blasting their music.
