The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica, and within easy walking distance of all the city's major attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The rooms are large and spacious, giving a real sense of comfort, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. I was especially impressed by the quality of the coffee provided – a real treat in the mornings! One of the highlights is the big patio, a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The owner was exceptionally helpful and kind. He was punctual, helped with our luggage, and even surprised us with flowers upon arrival. His restaurant recommendations were excellent, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, this place offers an unbeatable combination of location, comfort, and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

If you are in Rome and you want to be close to the main monuments then this appartement is THE place to be. It is just a few hundred metres from St. Peter, in a little street, just 200 metres to a lot of very nice restaurants, no need to take bus. At night it was quiet, even when we slept with open windows. The appartement is very spacious and perfect for a family of 3. The parental room is very big with an additional lounge setup. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would possibly need and the fridge hold some refreshments for us at arrival. It offers as well - next to a dishwasher - a washing machine which is very practical for longer stays (or even for shorter if it is - like we experienced - very hot in Rome and you want to keep your clothes fres. One of the other big advantages is the private inner court to enjoy your meals. Then - last but not least - the host is incredible. He answered very quickly, was so flexible with our arrival and departure hours, took care of our parking reservation, a bouquet of flowers waited for us on arrival. Just outstanding. Thank you so much.

The apartment and location were perfect but I do not recommend using taxi services offered by the host. The price was higher than what we agreed on the day before. When asking why, the driver said that it is because of his services like helping with the luggage. We had only one 8kg luggage which cost us 10 EUR. We didn't also have time to change...

When asking why, the driver said that it is because of his services like helping with the luggage. We had only one 8kg luggage which cost us 10 EUR. We didn't also have time to change our plans because didn't want to miss our flight. Such little things just ruin everyting else.

Unbeatable attention, they are very friendly. It completely exceeded my expectations, and it is also less than 5 minutes walk from the Vatican, St. Peter's Basilica and metro stops. It is a more than recommended accommodation. Furthermore, the apartment is beautiful and very comfortable.
