- Location is very convenient. It is exactly in front of “Sol” train station. The address of the apartment was Calle Montera 5 and not the one mentioned on this booking page (Hortaleza 18). - You will very easily find any kind of shop in the nearby premises. - The street is very lively. People are on the street 24*7. Once you open the balcony doors, you hear all the noise but if you close it, it was quite silent in the apartment. - Staff was nice. We had communication with them through phone messages. They were very responsive and quite helpful. Although there was a bit of communication gap as the person who came to give us the keys couldn’t speak in English but things went fine. - We were also given an early checkin, which was super helpful. - The apartment can easily accommodate 6 people - there is one double bed, one sofa bed and 2 twin single beds. - There is a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. There is a guest toilet as well. - There is a kitchen with refrigerator (no freezer), microwave, washing machine. Basic cutlery was available. - All rooms were heated with multiple heaters. Not sure if all of them were working but we didn’t feel cold, so they were ok. - There was access to both hot and cold water. (The taps were old and at times very hard to open the tap and close the tap) - Wifi was strong. Almost 200 mbps. We could easily take some work calls. - Tv was provided, it was a nice entertainment. - Some items were missing in the apartment, for example toilet rolls, towels, etc. We requested the staff and they provided us with those things by the same evening. - As an additional note: We wanted to checkout later but since the apartment was not available, we found out a paid locker facility just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the apartment (You can search for “Stow Your Bags”). It was very convenient and worked well for us for some hours.

Perfect location, there are many shops and restaurants in the same street, the house is big and clean. Services are good, there's a TV with Netflix, YouTube and many apps, there are towels and bed sheets and also a hairdryer. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there are many chairs.
