The host is wonderful, answered quickly and helpfully all my questions. The apartment is in a superb location, close to everything. The sound insulation is GOD TIER - they set up a flee market under my (closed) window, and I didn't even hear it at all!! Also, the apartment had towels when I thought there arent going to be. Definitely will return...

Location is perfect, with Milano Centrale being 10 min walk and other metro stations in 5-6 mins. The building is well-organised, quiet, and yes, the first time entering the building via link is a bit tricky but we've managed to enter smoothly right away. I'd recommend expanding on the description on how to enter the building / apartment a day before arriving, for example - that you have to open the main building door while the electronical lock is working, and the apartment door after the elec.lock has stopped buzzing. The area is lively but not too crowded and has everything you need for a start - supermarkets, coffee shops and bakeries (coffee is very affordable and tasty btw). Very good value for money if you stay 2-3 days.
