For that type of building, very often I had to deal in the past with: humidity, old facilities, cheap materials - here, everything was top notch. I think both cleaning and maintenance crew did a really good job, and wanted to highlight it.

The location was good, I booked late so wasn't able to get an apartment in the location I wanted but I was pleasantly surprised by the bars & restaurants in this area. The courtyard to the building is accessed through a door with a code and the apartment building also has a door code, so it is very secure and very quiet as there is no foot or road...

A very cosy apartment within walking distance to most major sights in Prague. Although rather small, it can easily fit a family of five. If you are coming by car, make sure to book the parking - it is very helpful, as otherwise it is difficult to park on the street.
